The 2024 International Dairy Deli Bakery Association (IDDBA) show is only days away! As an industry extravaganza takes root in Houston, Texas, from June 9–11, over 20 California Milk Advisory Board (CMAB) dairy partners will be displaying key category trends, sustainable ingredients, and more.
The event brings together more than 800 exhibiting companies and over 10,000 attendees for an industry-only show exploring the dairy, deli, bakery, and foodservice sectors. During the event, CMAB will connect with industry professionals while sharing all that California dairy has to offer through on-trend culinary dishes and more, a press release detailed.
An assortment of dairy applications will be on display at booth #3729. This includes specialty cheese, lassi, desserts, kefir, puffed protein snacks, and beyond. As the press release noted, California culinary expert Joe Baird will showcase a selection of trending recipes including Boysenberry Cheesecake Ice Cream Milkshakes, Irish Hand Pies, Honey Yogurt with Vietnamese-style Fried Bananas, Korean-style Mozzarella-filled Croffles, Sushi Salad Wraps, and Walking Tacos in a Bag featured in the Real California Kitchen.
