The International Dairy Deli Bakery (IDDBA) show is approaching quickly, taking place this year June 1–3. Many unique product showcases are in store, and one booth you should definitely stop by is that of Cooper® cheese.
“Our Chef will be toasting up sample-sized Cooper® Sharp ‘Philly Cheesesteak Inspired’ Grilled Cheese Sandwiches,” Michelle Spoerl, Brand Manager, began telling me. “Visitors to our booth will also be able to sample the creamy, unique flavor of our Sharp White, Sharp Black Pepper, and Sharp Yellow varieties.”
At the show, the Cooper® brand will unveil its newly designed booth—crafted to spark inspiration and connection.
“Featuring a sleek demo counter and deli cooler, a welcoming conversation area, and a dynamic media screen, our space is designed to showcase delicious recipe ideas, prepared food applications, and the latest Cooper cheese news,” Michelle explained. “We’re especially excited to highlight our new endorsement partnerships with NFL Philadelphia Eagles cornerback Cooper DeJean and Major League Soccer’s Philadelphia Union. Our team is passionate about bringing Cooper Sharp into new markets and creating buzz wherever we go. Stop by for a sample and a great conversation—we’d love to connect with you!”
As you may have read in March, Cooper® Sharp is considered the cheese for a classic Philly cheesesteak. The brand is eager to connect with the buy-side and showcase how its cheese is performing in the deli section and at foodservice.
“Our primary goal for the show is to capture the attention of retailers and prepared foods decision-makers by showcasing how Cooper Sharp cheese can drive incremental sales growth for their businesses. We’re excited to invite booth visitors to sign up for our monthly newsletter, where they’ll receive ongoing updates, insights, and inspiration.
