This year’s program welcomed 16 students from 12 universities nationwide. Interns engaged in diverse areas such as Accounting, Finance, Sales Operations, IT Service Desk, Dairy Analytics, Human Resources, Engineering, Cheese Technology, Quality Assurance, Member Relations, and Continuous Improvement. According to a press release, this wide-ranging exposure allowed participants to understand how their academic interests align with the cooperative's various functions.
The interns partook in numerous activities, including farm and plant tours, career development workshops, and sustainability initiatives. These activities not only enhanced their industry knowledge but also honed their professional skills. Each intern concluded their tenure with a presentation project, reflecting on their learning experiences and contributions.
