Good Foods already has a ton of expertise in the better-for-you dips and guacamole space, and believe me when I say that expertise is ever-growing. Tapping into the knowledge and skill set of a distinguished food industry veteran, the dip maker has appointed Eric Munoz as its first Chief Human Resources Officer.

In his newly created role, Munoz will oversee all functions of human resources, talent, and organizational capabilities for the company as part of the executive leadership team. According to a press release, he will work to develop and execute new HR strategies to support the company’s mission, values, and goals; support the continued domestic and international growth of Good Foods into new markets; ensure that corporate values are lived by all team members and exemplified by management; and foster company culture as a pillar of overall company growth and strategy.

Munoz brings over 25 years of HR experience, holding key leadership positions at reputable food companies like Kraft Foods, Mondelēz International, and Kellogg.
The leader also speaks several languages—including English, Spanish, Portuguese, and French—and has a unique background in talent management, leadership development, succession planning, and change management.
