Five weeks of foodservice and grocery promotions? It must be the holiday season! Grubhub recently announced its first-ever Gold Days of Grubhub+ member appreciation month—running from October 17 to November 22—which offers increased value for both food brands and consumers.
“Gold Days of Grubhub+ comes on the heels of the recent revamp of Grubhub’s already popular loyalty subscription program Grubhub+, which now comes with even more savings and rewards including lower service fees and a 5 percent credit back on all eligible pick-up orders,” Grubhub stated in a news release. “In the coming months, members will receive additional benefits including milestone rewards, access to Gold Status in the Fuel Rewards program at Shell, and more special savings events.”
In the first week of promotions, which ended on Wednesday, October 25, Grubhub celebrated National Pasta Month with deals from four different restaurants. Starting on October 26, the food delivery maven turned its attention to Halloween with various offers on sweets and treats.
For week three, Grubhub is tapping into consumers’ love of sandwiches for National Sandwich Day on November 3. For seven days, members can choose from six different deals on their favorite sandwiches. November 9–15 brought “Craving Crushers,” including deals from top chains like sweetgreen, Taco Bell, and KFC. Last, but certainly not least, Grubhub will be closing out its promotion with a week of special discounts for newer members, ending on November 22.
