Every holiday season becomes a competition between my sister and I. What competition do we hold, you might ask? Whoever can create the best cheese plate, complete with complimentary pairings and drinks. It’s a tall order, but it’s one that we look forward to every year. To capture consumer attention to those either new to the brand or new to the category, LaClare Creamery stresses the importance of leaning into what’s new and keeping shelves well stocked.

“The biggest priority retailers need to have is making sure they have products on the shelves during the holiday rush. Most consumers don’t have time to shop around, and they want to make one stop for everything they need,” Patrick emphasized. “We are proud to offer a vast line of products that are expertly crafted to meet the varied tastes of our loyal customers and those who may not be as familiar with goat cheese. Within our soft cheese line, we offer some innovative flavors like Fig & Honey, classic flavors such as Rolled Cranberry Cinnamon, and premium flavors like Truffle.”

The 8 oz Rolled Cranberry Cinnamon goat cheese log is the company’s number-one selling holiday item, Patrick noted. The cranberries on the outside make it look very festive and apparently, it doesn’t last long on the holiday cheeseboard!
