Lipari Foods, a leading specialty food distributor, is pleased to announce the appointment of Shaun Bunch as Chief Supply Chain Officer, effective May 12, 2025. In this newly established role, Bunch will oversee the Company’s end-to-end supply chain operations – driving efficiency, scalability, and operational excellence to support Lipari’s continued growth. Bunch brings more than 19 years of leadership experience across supply chain and operations, with a strong record of optimizing performance and delivering results for high-performing, customer-centric companies such as Amazon, Sleep Number, Ashley Furniture, and Northern Tool + Equipment.
Most recently, Bunch served as Chief Supply Chain and Retail Officer at Northern Tool + Equipment, where he led all supply chain and retail store operations. His comprehensive background includes expertise in distribution, fulfillment, manufacturing, demand and inventory planning, transportation, sourcing, customer service, facilities management, and loss prevention. Across these functions, Bunch has consistently delivered cost savings, improved service levels, and increased speed to market. His ability to connect operational detail with big-picture strategy positions him well to scale Lipari’s supply chain for future success.

Bunch holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina and an MBA in Management from Sullivan University, where he also earned a Six Sigma Black Belt certification. Having grown up in a family-owned grocery business, Shaun brings both hands-on understanding of the food industry and a strategic approach to its evolving demands.
