Black Pepper Pâté, marvelous when sliced and served on a baguette with cornichons, is the first the leader advises retailers to promote. Meanwhile, the company’s slow-cooked Duck Rillettes, a simple recipe that never fails to impress, can be served beautifully in a ramekin and paired with shoppers’ favorite red wine. Lastly, the Jambon de Paris is a standout because its sous-vide preparation lends to a delicate taste.
