Raley’s Elevates Corporate Leader of Human Resources

Whether from a view of 40,000 feet, or down to a single company, a key component to our industry’s growth and success is the people that fuel it. Raley’s latest announcement spotlights this, as the retailer polishes off a sequence of strategic moves with the promotion of experienced industry veteran Laura Croff to Senior Vice President of People.

Laura Croff, Senior Vice President of People, Raley'sCroff brings over 20 years of human resources experience to her new role, 13 of which have been in service to Raley’s team in various roles, both in human resources and labor relations.

She was previously promoted within Raley’s from Senior Director of Human Resources to Vice President of People in December of 2018, her most recent role prior to this latest change.

For her latest position, Croff will be responsible for all aspects of Raley’s human resources strategy, including talent management, leadership development, labor relations, compensation, and benefits, according to a press release. In this, she will work closely with the Executive Committee to ensure Raley’s continues to elevate a culture that attracts, retains, and develops the best teams.
