At the Real Good Foods Company, the search is on for a new leader as Deanna T. Brady has announced her resignation as a Director of the company.
Brady’s resignation comes as Real Good Foods’ product portfolio has evolved to include offerings that are similar to those of her employer, Hormel Foods, a release stated. Her resignation from the company will be effective immediately, the release noted.
With Brady having stepped down, Real Good Foods has already begun the search for her successor.
Bryan Freeman, Executive Chairman of The Real Good Food Company, commented on the recent announcement.
“On behalf of the Board of Directors and executive management team, I wish to extend our gratitude to Deanna and thank her for her valuable contributions over the last year,” Freeman said. “She has been an extraordinary leader and we wish her all the best in her future endeavors.”
Freeman continued, “We are working toward identifying a replacement to fill Ms. Brady’s former roles as Chair of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee, as well as a member of the Audit Committee.”
As more updates on Real Good Foods’ search become available, Deli Market News will report.
