The excitement of the holiday season may be boiling down, but anticipation for the 2024 Winter Fancy Food Show (WFFS) is just ramping up. Among this year’s exhibitors is Shaft’s Cheese & Co, which will be showing off its classic, premium blue cheese products along with a new offering.

Last year, Shaft’s released its Blue Cheese Stuffed Olives, which have blown away martini drinkers, olive lovers, and blue cheese lovers alike. The company uses a high-quality olive and a premium aged blue cheese to create a flavor combination that is unmatched.

The response to the olives launched last year inspired the team at Shaft’s to develop their newest product, which will be on display at booth #1517 on the show floor.

Along with its flavor-packed olives, the cheesemaker offers its Shaft’s 1-Year Aged Blue, Ellie’s Vintage 2-Year Aged Blue, and Serendipity, a stacked Aged Blue and Cheddar. Its recent additions go to show that they’re just getting started!
