Sonoma Brands Acquires Chef’s Cut Real Jerky Co.™

The investor behind premium jerky brand KRAVE has once again made a market-shaking move in its latest acquisition. Recently, Sonoma Brands announced that it acquired Chef’s Cut Real Jerky Co.™.

Sonoma Brands only very recently acquired KRAVE, making this its second acquisition in a scant amount of time.

Recently, Sonoma Brands announced that it acquired Chef’s Cut Real Jerky Co.™

Chef’s Cut is similarly positioned to help Sonoma Brands develop its meat snacking portfolio, as the company was founded on the mission to create the highest quality jerky on the market. It has built out a roster of products in the years since its inception in 2009, including jerky, meat sticks, and biltong.

The acquisition, which was closed for an undisclosed amount, is an exciting one in the jerky and snacking sectors.
