We love a fresh produce/specialty food crossover here at Deli Market News. So, you can imagine our delight when a friend of our sister publication, AndNowUKnow, announced its upcoming exhibition at the International Dairy Deli Bakery Association (IDDBA) show. Taylor Farms is ready to wow attendees with its array of fresh-forward deli offerings.
“We will showcase over 200 fresh deli items at the show,” Maureen Davis, National Director of Sales and Strategy, Deli Prepared Foods, shared with me. “Our booth is an amazing creation from our culinary team. Fresh sandwiches, wraps, wet salads, green salads, breakfast items, fruit, entrees, sides, and parfaits are some of the categories we will have on display.”
According to Maureen, one of Taylor Farms’ top goals for the show will be to learn about and engage with the leaders in the industry on the customer and vendor side of the business.
“The event offers a lot to attendees and exhibitors. It’s a great time for our deli team members to collaborate; we get to spend time with our current and future customers on the show floor and the IDDBA hosts a number of insightful speakers,” Maureen continued.
When attendees walk away from the Taylor Farms booth, the team hopes that they understand the depth of its line and its willingness and ability to be innovative with solutions in both product and process.
“The IDDBA has provided a great platform for the industry to learn and grow not only at the show but in the services it offers its members,” Maureen concluded. “The opportunity and information is available to all members and adds value.”
