The chefs and sauciers over at Terrapin Ridge Farms have been holding onto some major news as the company recently introduced eight new products to its tasty portfolio.
Featured on the list is a hotter version of the company’s bestselling Hot Pepper Bacon Jam—a variety I currently am halfway through finishing. The MSRP for Hot Habanero Bacon Jam is $8.50.
“People love heat, and we like to deliver! Our Hot Habanero Bacon Jam has that extra hot kick heat seekers love. The original Hot Pepper Bacon Jam is a milder, smokey heat, while the Hot Habanero Bacon Jam is designed to have a stronger, peppery heat,” commented Mary O’Donnell, Chief Executive Officer and Owner of Terrapin Ridge Farms. “If you love our Hot Pepper Bacon Jam but are looking for something more fiery, Hot Habanero Bacon Jam is for you!”
Next on the new product train are two new chili lime items, a Chili Lime Ranch Salad Dressing and a Chili Lime Aioli Squeeze Garnishing Sauce. Both items are currently available for sale with Chili Lime Aioli Squeeze Garnishing Sauce at $6.95 and Chili Lime Ranch Dressing for $8.45.
“Chili Lime is a very popular, fun, and refreshing flavor!” O’Donnell shared. “It was a natural to add this flavor profile to our Squeeze and Dressing product lines.”
As shoppers continue to seek spicier flavors, Terrapin Ridge is also adding a new Truffle Hot Sauce with an MSRP of $9.00. The kicker? It is available in a squeeze bottle format so consumers can control the amount used instead of the accidental fiery flow that can sometimes occur.
“Truffle Hot Sauce in the squeeze bottle format is sure to be a top seller,” according to O’Donnell. “The earthy truffle flavor is well-balanced with the heat from the spicy chili peppers.”
In response to customer feedback, Terrapin Ridge Farms is introducing new sizes for three of its already popular Squeeze Garnishing Sauces. According to the release, the new bottles are larger, and the products range from 13 oz to 14 oz. They include Spicy Chipotle Squeeze Garnishing Sauce, Jalapeno Aioli Squeeze Garnishing Sauce, and Everything Aioli Squeeze Garnishing Sauce with MSRPs at $10.00.
As O’Donnell states, “We have received requests for a larger bottle for our popular squeezes for many years!”
With so many new options available to the market, I’m thinking 2022 is going to be the year of the sauce.
