In a recent announcement, Topco Associates announced the appointment of Pete Van Helden as Chairman of its Board of Directors. Van Helden, a 38-year veteran of the retail industry, also serves as CEO of Staters Bros. Markets.

Van Helden succeeds Chris Coborn, Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Coborn’s Incorporated, who will continue as a member of Topco’s Board of Directors.
