There is no denying that the charcuterie scene has continued to expand in the United States market, with more and more consumers tapping into the traditional Italian delicacy. With this rise comes the ever-growing brand prowess of Veroni, which recently fortified its portfolio with a few alluring new additions.
“We continue to strengthen Veroni’s position in the U.S. market thanks to our consumer-focused strategies,” shares Emanuela Bigi, Veroni’s Marketing Manager. “We aim to import not only brand-new Italian products but new culinary styles and trends from Italy. Our mission is to implement our premium charcuterie offerings by adapting these specialty products to the American consumers’ needs and tastes, offering them a premium 100 percent Italian product.”
This strategy has been met with great success, as Veroni continues to bolster its reach and gain distinction in the U.S. market.
“As the first Italian charcuterie brand in the U.S., we offer authentic Italian cold cuts from the most famous prosciutto and different types of salame to regional specialties such as soppressata and coppa,” Emanuela adds. “This means American consumers can taste the same charcuterie they could find in Italy during a trip since our cured meats are all manufactured in Emilia-Romagna, the Italian region known as Italy’s largest food district with a centuries-old tradition in charcuterie production.”
Guaranteeing quality and authenticity, Veroni preserves each product’s freshness by importing 100 percent Italian-made salumi that is both sliced and packaged at its Logan, New Jersey, facility.
Attendees of the Winter Fancy Food Show recently got a closer look at the supplier’s unique portfolio as Veroni took to the show to debut its brand-new Salami Chubs and sliced offerings, Italian Rollini paired with cheese, a restyled Enjoy AperiTime line, and a new Maxi Platter combination.
“Tasting charcuterie is the only way to appreciate and understand the product,” Emanuela assures. “Therefore, this event—which is one of the most important food trade shows—offers the opportunity to meet many buyers and let them experience our premium quality first-hand.”
