American Cheese Society, Vermont Butter and Cheese Cremery


The American Cheese Society is announcing the inaugural class of ACS Certified Cheese Professionals. These 121 individuals flaunted their cheese knowledge by passing the Certified Cheese Professional Exam on August 1st in Raleigh, North Carolina. To celebrate American Cheese Month in October, ACS will make a searchable directory of these cheese professionals available online. Vermont Creamery is hosting the new Vermont Creamery Butter Obsession giveaway. The contest gives fans the opportunity to win a year’s supply of Vermont Creamery butter by sharing their favorite must-have buttery foods, recipes, and unique uses for butter. The grand prize winner will receive monthly shipments that include the company’s European style cultured butter and Sea Salt Cultured Butter.
