Artisanal Premium Cheese, Anchor Packaging New Addition

Acclaimed affineur, Artisanal Premium Cheese, acquires cheeses on the young side and cures them. The company sources its cheese from suppliers across Western Europe and the United States. After aging, the cheese is sold to wholesalers, retailers, and food service companies mainly in the domestic market. Among other popular products, the company is currently promoting Cremont, a semisoft cheese sourced from Vermont and made from a mix of cow and goat milk. Max McCalman, Maître Fromager & Dean of Curriculum, tells Delimarket.TV “The cheese boasts a well balanced flavor, buttery flavor, with a hint of tartness and a great mouth feel.” Anchor Packaging is adding a new product to its popular Mega-Meal line. The new 38 ounce container is ideal for appetizers, finger-foods, cut fruit, and many other hot or cold applications. All containers in the lid share a common clear, anti-fog, polypropylene lid, keeping SKUs and inventory costs to a minimum. The durable containers are resistant to hot grease and oil and can withstand temperatures up to 230 degrees Fahrenheit. Designed for operator efficiency and for consumer convenience, the interlocking feature allows multiple packages to be securely stacked on display, in storage, or during transport without messy spills.
