Aux Delices des Bois, Beehive Cheese Co.

Aux Delices des Bois is introducing its new Grilling Butters along with the help of grilling expert Steven Raichlen. Intended for gourmet home cooks, these grilling butters present new twists on classic, award-winning specialty butters. All are created with high butterfat butter and all-natural ingredients, and are free of artificial additives. Steven Raichlen adds his signature touch to the Grilling Butter lineup with the Smoky Barbeque Butter. All are sold in 3.5 oz rolls for convenience, portioning, and easy freezer-to-use handling. The grilling butters come in Black Truffle, White Truffle, Fines Herbs, and Smoky Barbecue flavor varieties. Summer's coming, and these butters are appearing in more and more markets across the country. In 2005, Utah-based Beehive Cheese Company was started by brothers-in-law Tim Welsh and Pat Ford. Unique to the creamery is their process of rubbing cheese rinds with unique flavors that add another dimension of taste. Beehive is best known for its Barely Buzzed variety, an espresso and lavender hand-rubbed cheese that boasts subtle notes of caramel and has taken the Bronze at both the 2012 World Cheese Awards and the 2012 American Cheese Society competition. Beehive’s cheeses don’t stop there, however, and include decorated varieties such as SeaHive, TeaHive, and Big John’s Cajun.
