This celebrity cheese is looking brilliant in blue
Cellars at Jasper Hill, LLC has quite the award winner in its product portfolio. The company's ‘Winnimere’ cheese was honored with the Best in Show title by the American Cheese Society at this years annual competition awards ceremony in Madison, Wisconsin. Winnimere won its Blue Ribbon in the Farmstead category, which is limited to cheeses “…made with milk from herds on the farm where the cheeses are produced.” Cellars at Jasper Hill also took home blue ribbons for their ‘Cabot Clothbound’ and ‘Willoughby’ as well as a second place ribbon for ‘Landaff’ and a third place ribbon for ‘Harbison.’ Congrats to Cellars at Jasper Hill on this year's award.

The California Milk Advisory Board is going mobile with Cali CowChat, a new virtual California cow app. It allows consumers to create a customized cow and connect with friends in unique entertaining ways , including sending personalized voice messages in a California cow voice to Facebook friends through Facebook Connect. VP of Advertising Michael Freeman says "It's no secret that people are spending more and more time on their mobile devices and moms are no exception. The casual gaming industry has been transformed and is no longer just for tweens and teens but for moms too.”
