Breakfast cream is a dairy product similar to clotted cream. Made of cow’s milk, it is thick and creamy in texture and taste. It is usually used as a spread and an accompaniment to hot or cold desserts. The Breakfast Cream is traditionally eaten with pastries or on pancakes with honey or jam.
