Krave Jerky, Rogue Creamery
Krave Jerky was born out of a desire to shake up the industry with new jerky varieties devoted to flavor – and its lineup is a testament to that fact. Unique flavors include basil citrus, pineapple orange, and sweet chipotle. On the horizon is the March launch of their pork jerky’s black cherry barbeque flavor and the expansion into over 1,000 retailers in Canada in April. Founder and CEO, John Sebastiani, tells DeliMarketTV, “While many jerkies consist of chopped and formed meats from undesirable cuts, Krave uses only high quality, all natural, meat that’s low in fat, with no MSG nitrates, or artificial flavors.” In celebration of its 80th anniversary, Rogue Creamery has a whole new look for the brand. The Creamery's re-branded anniversary shield logo draws on Rogue's essential beliefs using beloved symbols. The company is also debuting a new cheese offering, the Cacow Belle, a cheesy combination of cheddar, chocolate and spice. The Cacow Belle is savory, sweet and spicy, with a note of heat at the finish. This cheese goes well with a freshly brewed pot of coffee, or a Reisling.
