The company has revamped its original fig log and turned out a delightful new Fig and Olive flavor. This unique addition offers a mild and creamy goat cheese that has been combined with sliced Kalamata olives, and sweet dried figs. The flavor produced is sweet and savory, mellow and complex. Ricchiuti Family Farms has been in business for over 90 years playing their hand well in the table olive industry. Now, the company is expanding to olive oil! They launched the first harvest of their ENZO Olive Oil last Thanksgiving from a mill they had installed in the states from just outside Bari, Italy. ENZO has been picking up momentum as the company has started with direct store sales and has entered markets that include San Francisco, Virginia, and Baltimore.
