OLLI Salumeria has a new fan at the table. Oprah herself has hand-picked the company's Tartufo, Organic Norcino, Organic Molisana and Organic Hot Chorizo as some of Oprah's Favorite Things in 2013. OLLI products were 1 of only 60 items picked to represent Oprah’s ultimate list this year. Jennifer Johnson, Director of Marketing, states, “It’s an honor to be recognized for our hard work and dedication to making traditional, slow-cured meats.
