Olli Salumeria is experiencing rising popularity with its new item - Wild Boar Salame. The artisan favorite has been picking up momentum in Wegmans stores and offers a deep and rich salame experience that is extremely complex in both color and flavor. The company is letting the Boar do the talking, only lightly salting and peppering the meat and adding a hint of garlic before apple wood smoking the item. Hissho Sushi has kicked off the nationwide release of three new rolls to its retail sushi line. The Southern Charm roll offers spicy tuna, crab, avocado and either salmon or shrimp on the inside topped with spicy crab and crispy onions. A traditional style Outer Banks offering presents seaweed and rice wrapped around salmon, tuna and yellow tail. The Crispy Crab Roll adds a little crunch to a California roll with the addition of crispy onions and a spicy sauce.
