Olli Salumeria is acquiring land in Oceanside, CA and plans to break ground on a large production facility in the summer. The move will postion the company to make a strong entrance into the West Coast market. Additionally, the company is foraying into sliced meats. Olli is releasing sliced prosciutto and sliced calabrese to restaurants and specialty shops. Pending the success of these products, they may expand to retailers as well. Jennifer Johnson, Director of Marketing, tells Delimarket.TV, "We are also planning launch the first line of organic salame chubs on the market by the end of the summer."
