Greg O’Neill, co-founder and co-owner of Pastoral Artisan Cheese, Bread & Wine, has been elected President of the American Cheese Society. In his new position, Mr. O’Neill will be responsible for leading the ACS Board of Directors and its professional staff based in Denver, Colorado. Nora Weiser, Executive Director of the American Cheese Society, stated, "Greg brings a powerful mix of business and industry perspective combined with leadership skills to his position as president of the American Cheese Society, and the organization is delighted to welcome him to this new role.” Rising Sun Farms has been honored with two awards at the recent 2012 American Cheese Society (ACS) Judging and Competition.
