Sartori Cheese is announcing Pam Hodgson will be awarded her Master Cheesemaker Certification this April in both Fontina and Open Hard cheese at the Wisconsin Cheese Industry Conference. She will be the second woman to receive a Master Cheesemaker Certification. Hodgson said, "Cheese making is very much an art and a science. And it is a team sport – everyone at Sartori plays a role in successfully crafting an award winning cheese. I work with really great folks who make my job fun and fulfilling." She will be the 55th Certified Master Cheesemaker in the country.Congratulations Pam!
Placon has redesigned its HomeFresh Rotisserie Chicken Container to reduce overall usage of petroleum-based resins. The company sought to reduce petroleum-based resins and reengineered the packaging with calcium carbonate filler in the container’s base.
