Sartori cheese has won the crown as Best Asiago for its Reserve Extra-Aged Asiago at the recent U.S. Championship Cheese contest, with a score of 99.2 out of 100. The cheese was noted for its exceptionally creamy and consistent flavor profile from beginning to end, enhanced by the Extra-Aged Asiago's 12 month aging process, deepening the aroma and nutty flavors of the cheese. The company took home a total of seven awards this year.
