Transatlantic Foods Debuts New Aux Delices des Bois Charcuterie Items


Transatlantic Foods has a couple of new additions to its Aux Delices des Bois brand of artisanal deli offerings. These newest additions to the Charcuterie category are a line of French-inspired, all-American pâtés and mousses.  Classic meat varieties such as Pork Rillettes and Truffle Mousse inspire bistro menus and charcuterie and cheese plates.  In addition, the Vegetarian Cauliflower Mousse hits just the right trend notes with its creamy, balanced, alluring flavors.  Co-Owner, Thierry Farges, tells DeliMarket TV, “Mediterranean diet lovers will love the light Mediterranean Chicken Pâté, studded with colorful vegetables. This line brings a whole new range of flavors to the Charcuterie category.”
