Inspired by her time at a farm in Brittany, France, Allison Hooper, Co-Founder of Vermont Butter & Cheese Creamery, was confident that she could bring time tested methods to the US in pursuit of a fresh flavor-rich cheese. With the help of Co-Founder Bob Reese, the company began to sell to French Chefs in New York and gradually branched out to mainstream consumers. Today, the company holds true to the time honored traditions of French cheese making. Vermont Creamery's Fresh Chevre is the fastest growing goat cheese sku in conventional retail. Marilyn Stapleton has been appointed to the newly-created role of Director of Corporate Advertising and Public Relations. Stapleton previously served at Dart/Welsh as Product Manager, Take Out Packaging since 2010. Her resume boasts over 30 years of experience in the packaging industry, where she has been instrumental in the development and commercialization of a wide variety of products excellent foundation for her new role at Anchor.
