The company’s Fermin Ibérico de Bellota Smoked Pancetta is an award recipient for the 2013 Food & Beverage Innovations Awards, presented by the National Restaurant Association Restaurant, Hotel-Motel Show. The honor recognizes progressive food and beverage innovations that will have a significant impact on the restaurant industry. Aaron Fuchs from Wagshals, states, "We are thrilled to have won again. We sampled a lot of pancetta during the process of creating this product and we knew when we tasted a certain batch we had something very special."
