Kroger Courts Digital, Tech, and Retail Talent for New Corporate Roles

The hiring sprees are not yet over for Kroger as it looks to continue investing in human capital. The retailer has announced it will begin actively recruiting experienced retail and digital and technology talent for new and open corporate and store management roles across its family of companies.

"As we continue to grow and redefine the customer experience through Restock Kroger, there has never been a better time to join The Kroger Co."

This initiative is part of the retailer’s Restock Kroger program, which involves a $500 million investment in its employees over the next three years. The monetary investment is in addition to Kroger's continued efforts to rebalance store associate pay and benefits, while also focusing on certifications, performance incentives, advancement opportunities, and training for associates, according to a press release.

"We want retail and digital and tech talent to know that we're hiring," Massa added.

The Kroger network is currently made up of 453,000 associates, serving across 2,793 retail food stores in 35 states and the District of Columbia. If you are interested in joining the team, apply at
