At the recent Summer Fancy Food Show in New York City, Sartori’s Monica Rincon joined me and the DeliMarket News Team to give us all the details on the company’s proprietary BellaVitano cheeses, as well as give us a look (and taste) of the new Citrus Ginger cheese.
“We’re best known for our BellaVitanos. It’s an American original and nobody else creates it,” Monica, Event Coordinator and Marketing Associate for Sartori, tells me. “Our newest is our Citrus Ginger BellaVitano, and it's this great blend of orange oil, orange peel, lemon, and lime, with a great ginger root in it.”
Monica also gave me a look at the whole BellaVitano line, including the base of all the company’s cheeses, BellaVitano Gold.
“When this was created, we found that it soaks and takes treatment very well,” she says. No wonder this cheese has inspired a full line of decadent and unique cheeses.
