Amy’s Kitchen Welcomes Executives Oksana Woloszczuk, Steve Kravariotis, Goretti Hamlin, David Griego, and Felicia Collins; Andy Berliner Comments

When an announcement of five recent leadership appointments arises, you can bet the ears of the Deli Market News team will perk up. Organic and vegetarian frozen foods provider Amy’s Kitchen is supporting its expansion and future growth with multiple leadership changes, appointing Oksana Woloszczuk as the newly created executive role of Chief Supply Chain Officer, Steve Kravariotis as Vice President of Supply Chain Planning, Goretti Hamlin as Vice President of Human Resources, David Griego as Senior Director of Engineering, and Felicia Collins as Senior Director of Communications.

Oksana Woloszczuk, Chief Supply Chain Officer, Amy’s KitchenJoining as Amy’s Kitchen’s new Chief Supply Chain Officer, Woloszczuk is a proven leader with 30 years of experience. Woloszczuk brings a wealth of experience in various sectors, including operations, business expansion, strategic planning, and P&L accountability, the company’s press release explained.

Most recently, she led all aspects of safety, quality, continuous improvement, supply chain, and engineering for the United States and Canada in her role as Vice President, North American Integrated Supply Chain at McCain.

Steve Kravariotis, Vice President of Supply Chain Planning, Amy’s KitchenIn addition to this appointment, Kravariotis has also joined the Amy’s Kitchen team. Kravariotis will be joining the frozen foods team as its newest Vice President of Supply Chain Planning. The new Vice President will be bringing over 30 years of experience in various fields, such as sales and operations planning, demand planning, supply planning, scheduling, and materials planning.

Joining the team in another Vice President position will be Hamlin.

Goretti Hamlin, Vice President of Human Resources, Amy’s KitchenHamlin comes back to Amy’s Kitchen, and she will be taking up the position of Vice President of Human Resources. As noted in the release, Hamlin will continue to work with and build and develop the employees at Amy’s Kitchen. She previously spent 16 years at Amy’s leading employee-centric initiatives for manufacturing sites.

Also new to the company, Griego has joined the Amy’s Kitchen team.

David Griego, Senior Director of Engineering, Amy’s KitchenAs the Senior Director of Engineering, Griego will be utilizing over 30 years of food and beverage manufacturing experience. In his newest position, Griego will be helping the company streamline plant operations and utilize automated manufacturing systems.

Griego’s past roles include Senior Director of Engineering for Del Real Foods, VP of Engineering for Passport Foods, Director of Engineering for Ruiz Foods, and Senior Director of Engineering for Sugar Foods, the release noted.

Amy’s Kitchen recently expanded its leadership team, creating a new Chief position in addition to appointing several industry veterans to various executive roles

Last but certainly not least, Collins has been named Amy’s Kitchen’s newest Senior Director of Communications.

Some of her recent roles include Head of Marketing for Kiss the Ground, VP of Communications at Tyson Foods, and Senior Vice President and Group Manager at Edelman leading food clients such as Walmart and Darden Restaurants.

Andy Berliner, Chief Executive Officer of Amy’s, commented on this recent slew of appointments.
