When I think of chocolate bars, my mind doesn’t often associate them with a health-conscious snack. betterland foods™ is hoping to change that perception after launching its newest WOO™ flavor in Creamy Nougat.

We're upgrading traditional layered chocolate bars like Milky Way and Snickers, whose formulations haven't changed in 50+ years."
Creamy Nougat is the second SKU to launch under the layered chocolate bar line and features silky-smooth caramel and cow-free nougat in a rich Fair Trade chocolate. All of betterland's chocolate is certified Fair Trade via Fair Trade America.
WOO's fluffy nougat is made possible using Perfect Day®'s animal-free whey protein, a press release explained. Perfect Day's proteins are made using a unique process called precision fermentation.
