The bakery department is gearing up to see some exciting new products, and with good reason. Canyon Bakehouse® has rolled out its new Brioche-Style Sweet Rolls to grocery stores nationwide.
"We are thrilled to expand our gluten-free lineup with a flavorful brioche-style roll," said Danielle Benjamin, Brand Manager. "Brioche rolls are increasingly popular in the specialty bread category, yet gluten-free options have been absent. We wanted to offer the delicious versatility of a classic brioche roll, but without the wheat flour or butter, which are two primary ingredients in traditional brioche rolls. Our bakers got to work and created something truly special. For the 30 percent of Americans who avoid gluten, these will be greatly enjoyed and appreciated."
The light and fluffy rolls feature a soft texture and rich flavor profile perfect for elevating any sweet or savory dish, or to be enjoyed as a snack. Like all of the company's products, the Brioche-Style Sweet Rolls are made with 100 percent whole grains and carefully selected ingredients. Baked in Canyon Bakehouse's dedicated gluten-free bakery in Colorado, the provider's lineup is Certified Gluten-Free and free from dairy, soy, sesame, peanuts, and tree nuts, according to a press release. Each roll has 2 g of protein and no trans or saturated fats.
To keep the products fresh, Canyon Bakehouse's Brioche-Style Sweet Rolls are housed in Stay Fresh airtight packaging, allowing them to stay fresh for around 90 days at room temperature if unopened.
In addition to launching in stores across the United States, the bakery brand's newest product is also available via Instacart, Amazon, and Shipt.
