The last we heard from the leaders at Carr Valley Cheese, the cheesemaking powerhouse was gearing up for an exciting showcase at the Winter Fancy Food Show. Taking another moment to dive into the advantages provided by the company's robust portfolio, we recently got a chance to explore Carr Valley's flavor-forward blue cheese lineup.

"We have about 10 different blue cheeses that we make, and we have our own dedicated factory; this helps avoid cross contamination but also quality control."

Carr Valley's blue cheese portfolio includes several enticing varieties, including crowd favorites and newer product additions like:

  • Wildfire Blue
  • Smoked Blue Spruce
  • Black Truffle Blue

"The foils really stand out on the shelves as well with our exact-weight packaging. All of them have a foil wrapping, and they're all a different color," Aleta went on to note. "The new flavors really catch people's eye. We really hope to expand people's palettes with our blue cheeses."
