Since joining Champignon, Jami has consistently demonstrated exceptional dedication, leadership, and commitment to team growth. She brings a wealth of experience in the perishable goods industry, coupled with deep expertise in sales and account management.
With a distinguished 24-year career at DPI Specialty Foods, Jami held multiple leadership roles, including Director of National Accounts, where she managed Kroger Deli/Bakery and the renowned Murray's Cheese Shops. She is also a Certified Cheese Sensory Evaluator with the American Cheese Society and remains actively engaged in ongoing industry education.
In her new role, Jami will lead all U.S. sales efforts, leveraging her expertise to drive growth and strengthen our market presence. We are confident that her leadership and dedication will continue to be invaluable to our team and the company's success.
We are very excited to announce that Mike Hatch will take over as Vice President of the newly formed Business Development team! He will also continue to oversee all Costco Club store divisions.
Having successfully led the Champignon Sales team for many years, Mike brings a wealth of experience and expertise that will be instrumental in driving growth and creating new opportunities for our company in the years to come.
