From foodservice to retail, the Cooper® brand maintains its hold on consumers, standing out as a premium option for their American cheese needs. With multiple advantageous items on display, Brand Manager Michelle Spoerl recently gave us a closer look at the supplier’s robust portfolio.
“The Cooper brand is a sharp American cheese. Our core is our Sharp White American flavor, and then we also have a Yellow and a Black Pepper,” Michelle tells us. “We are really excited because, for the next few years, we have some exciting exposure in marketing. We have Cooper DeJean, the Philadelphia Eagles cornerback, as our brand ambassador for the next two years, and we're also the official cheese of the Major League soccer team, the Philadelphia Union.”
These exciting alliances are expanding the brand’s consumer reach, while also driving fan traffic to stores in the retail market, Michelle assures.
