“We’re showcasing our farmstead cheeses here, with everything from fresh mozzarella in various sizes—including our one-pound log and two-gram perline—to mascarpone and chocolate mascarpone,” explained Roseanne Crave, Sales and Marketing Manager, Crave Brothers Farmstead Cheese. “Our marinated fresh mozzarella features a custom blend of olive oil and Italian spices that really makes it stand out.”
Adding to the excitement, Crave Brothers has launched updated packaging aimed at enhancing the in-store experience. “The inspiration for the change was to have more of a visual,” Roseanne shared. “You can actually see the different sizes of the mozzarella in each cup, which not only helps with shelf placement but also gives consumers a clearer view of what they’re getting.”
