Ready-made, the food style continuing to serve consumers who keep a fast pace in life and in the kitchen, just got a big boost in new options. The private, family-owned Crepini brand has announced a slew of additions to its portfolio, including a new sandwich, omelets, and, of course, French crêpes.
“We realized immediately how much our customers loved our egg wraps. We created a groundbreaking recipe for high-protein, low-carb eating with convenience and taste that hadn’t really been done before,” said Paula Rimer, Co-Founder and recipe creator. “We knew Crepini couldn’t stop there. Some may say don’t mess with a good thing, but we say: Make more of it!”
Among the latest is a new Crepini thick, egg wrap pocket sandwich filled with uncured pepperoni swirled together with mozzarella. While the Italian-inspired meal may feel like an indulgence, a press release assures it has only 3 grams of carbs, with 31 grams of protein in two sandwiches.
