C&S Wholesale Grocers welcomes the return of Bob Palmer as its new Chief Executive Officer. He will succeed Mike Duffy in the role.
Palmer brings more than three decades of industry experience to the position, and will help C&S become an even stronger leader as it ups its ranks to adapt to the changing market landscape. According to a press release, Palmer previously served as C&S Wholesale Grocer’s Executive Vice President and Chief Procurement Officer before initially retiring in 2019.
“Bob is a highly valued leader that has led C&S through times of change with much success,” stated Rick Cohen, Chairman. “His unrelenting focus on customer service and innovative go-to-market strategies have helped us win in challenging times and will undoubtedly serve us well as we transform for the future.”
