Emmanuel Voissard, Director of Sales for DCI Cheese Company, joins AndKnowUKnow.com to share some of the company’s most interesting facts.While one of their products, Salemville Reserve is made by an Amish farmer in Wisconsin, their Joan of Arc line is the first cheese company to be imported from France, making the company’s Brie cheese the oldest in the country. DCI Cheese Company has roughly 3,000 products to offer, including Stella’s brand of Italian cheeses, that was first introduced to the United States in 1928.
