A host of new offerings is coming out of the oven as Dewey’s Bakery revealed a fresh packaging concept and a delicious addition to its portfolio: Peanut Butter Cookie Thins.
“Our cookies are exceptionally thin and remarkably flavorful, with a variety of flavors including Meyer Lemon, Triple Ginger, Brownie Crisp, Salted Caramel, Toasted Coconut, and our new Peanut Butter,” Ellen Howse, Chief Marketing Officer, tells Deli Market News. “There's a favorite flavor for everyone, and their irresistible crunch and thin profile are perfect for snacking or using in dessert recipes.”
The cookies are made with time-honored recipes used since 1930. Dewey’s makes its products with 100 percent real ingredients and no artificial flavors, preservatives, or synthetic colors.
Housed in new mini pouches, the baker recently unveiled this latest addition to its portfolio at Natural Products Expo West 2022. The new format features smaller, bite-sized versions of the baker’s Meyer Lemon, Brownie Crisp, and latest Peanut Butter flavors that are perfect for snacking by the handful, enjoying on a road trip, or carrying in a bag.
“How did we pack so much peanut buttery goodness into such a thin cookie? Call it Southern ingenuity,” continues Howse. “We whip up this cookie dough using tons of rich, creamy peanut butter, bits of fresh-roasted peanuts, and a sprinkling of salt to create a treat that’s equal parts nostalgic and mouth-watering.”
Peanut Butter Thins will be available to ship as of May 1. For wholesale and distribution inquiries, contact the Dewey’s team here or visit its site to learn more.
