Bruce Workman, Master Cheese Maker and Owner, Edelweiss Creamery joins Delimarket.TV to share what makes the company great. Mr. Workman says the company produces 23 varieties of specialty cheeses including Asiago and Farmers. The company is most well known for its grass based traditional emmentaler of a large 180 pound wheels and grass based gouda. The company is an open vat artisanal factory versus a closed vat commodity style plant that allows a complete hands on working experience.
