I love a good breakfast bagel sandwich; it’s quick, easy, delicious, and combines so many favorites all in one hand. My curiosity got piqued, though, when I found out Einstein Bros.® Bagels simplified the sandwich even more. The bagel baker recently unveiled a gluten-free innovation, Sous Vide Eggels, eggs shaped like bagels.

These flavor-packed eggs take egg bites to the next level, meeting the needs of gluten-free fans in two tasty flavors:

  • Three Meat & Cheese Eggel: Made with all-natural nitrate-free bacon, turkey sausage, and uncured ham; paired with white cheddar cheese and everything bagel seasoning
  • Veggie Egg White Eggel: This vegetarian option includes fresh bell peppers, onions, tomatoes, portobello mushrooms, and spinach with asiago cheese

Bagels locations across the country, excluding airports, hotels, and university locations.

Will these Eggels be available in more locations? I sure hope so.
