I love a good breakfast bagel sandwich; it’s quick, easy, delicious, and combines so many favorites all in one hand. My curiosity got piqued, though, when I found out Einstein Bros.® Bagels simplified the sandwich even more. The bagel baker recently unveiled a gluten-free innovation, Sous Vide Eggels, eggs shaped like bagels.
“Using the sous vide method to cook the Eggels keeps the eggs light and fluffy,” said Chef Chad Thompson, Head of Culinary Innovation. “The new Eggels may be gluten-free, but they are just as satisfying as a fresh-baked bagel.”

According to the press release, the new Eggels launch became available on September 17 and will be offered at participating Einstein Bros. Bagels locations across the country, excluding airports, hotels, and university locations.
Will these Eggels be available in more locations? I sure hope so.
