Mr. Kaelin tells us the specialty cheese company has a Switzerland imported side and an American domestic produce side. One of their Wisconsin made cheeses, Grand Cru, can easily be paired with an assortment of foods. Mr. Kaelin also tells us their Buttermilk Blue cheese is creamy and is imported in copper wax, the traditional European way.
