The specialty food sector is a treasure trove of unexpected products. One such item comes in the form of new vegan macarons created through a collaboration between The EVERY Co. and Chantal Guillon®. The macarons utilize EVERY’s brand-new, animal-free EggWhite innovation, which serves as a functional and flavorful alternative for bakers.

The vegan macarons became available for nationwide shipping this Wednesday and are available in-store at Chantal Guillon’s San Francisco and Palo Alto, California, locations.

The EVERY Co. has aligned with Chantal Guillon® to roll out new vegan macarons utilizing EVERY’s brand-new, animal-free EggWhite™ innovation

A press release explained that EVERY uses precision fermentation to brew real animal protein without the use of a single animal. The EggWhite is the third product launched from EVERY’s platform in less than 18 months.

Available in boxes of six, the limited-edition macarons include flavors such as Earl Grey, passion fruit, pistachio, strawberry, Tahitian vanilla, and dark chocolate.
