Ficacci Olive Company is back with even more exclusive insights into its expanding specialty portfolio. With multiple new sustainability and quality-driven products now on the market, the company’s Export Manager David Dottorini recently shared some details with Deli Market News.
“We are preparing our new assortment,” David begins, diving into the innovative portfolio. “We have got the sustainable line of paper pouches out in Costco. We have got three pitted olives, including Castelvetrano and Kalamata. We also have our normal assortment of paper trays that we have added the blue cheese stuffed olives to.”
David also took a moment to spotlight the company’s creative and charming glass jar veggies lineup.
“Now we’ve got the glass jar veggies,” David continues. “They have a three-year shelf-life in shelf-stable conditions. We’ve got mushrooms, tomatoes, onions, asparagus de grandma, outstanding garlic spread, black olive spread, and then we finish with the spicy bomb. Boom!”
